当社は、女性の活躍推進に関する取り組みの実施状況が５つの評価項目（①採用 ②継続雇用 ③労働時間 ④管理職比率 ⑤多様なキャリアコース）のすべての要件を満たす企業として、2018年8月14日付で厚生労働大臣から「えるぼし」認定段階３（最高段階）の認定を受けました｡  
『えるぼし』とは、女性活躍推進をしている企業に対して、一定の基準を満たした場合に厚生労働大臣が認定する制度とその認定マークの愛称です。当社は、今後も女性が働きやすい環境を整え、活躍推進に努めてまいります。
